The Plan B Finance process is simple, efficient and convenient. Our finance specialists begin by assessing your personal situation and preferences.
We then filter hundreds of loan facilities to identify suitable options that meet your current and future needs. Together we finalise this selection process in a simple and efficient manner.
To save you time, we liaise with the lender on your behalf and manage the process from application through to settlement, keeping you informed throughout.
There is no charge
There is no charge to use Plan B Finance as we are renumerated by your chosen lender. The cost of the loan is the same as if you had negotiated the loan directly with the bank or institution.
The Plan B Finance process
Once a suitable lender and facility have been selected, your proposal will be submitted for consideration. A valuation of your property may be required, in which case a valuer will contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit the property.
We will communicate with you along the way to keep you informed, and facilitate the signing of necessary documents. Finally, we will inform you when settlement has been effected and funds made available. Our specialist team are available to assist throughout the process and following settlement.
