Making Your Will

A Will is possibly the most important document you will make during your lifetime. If you neglect to make one, some unknown official may be empowered, under statute, to distribute your assets to those who you may not necessarily want to benefit.

Appointing an Executor

When you make your Will, you appoint an Executor. The Executor is responsible for administering your estate and carrying out the wishes expressed in your Will.

Keeping your original will in a safe place

Whether you choose to nominate Plan B Trustees Limited as your Executor or not, we offer a free Wills registration and storage service, to save your family the time, trouble and frustration of having to locate your will.

Enduring Power of Attorney

An Enduring Power of Attorney gives a person you choose the power to act on your behalf should you become mentally or physically incapable of managing your own affairs. Essentially you are making a 'living will' to ensure your wishes are acted upon.

Executor Assist Service

We understand that the choice of Executor is a very important one. The role can have a great deal of legal responsibility and can be quite onerous depending on the complexity. Plan B Trustees Limited offers a premium service which can assist you.

Administrator

Plan B Trustees Limited can also be appointed the administrator of an estate where a person has died without leaving a Will ("intestate"). We can be appointed to act as legal personal representative and will take on the additional and often complex duties of dealing with an intestate estate.
